HOW CAN I RECEIVE RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS?

HOW CAN I RECEIVE SAMPLES? DISCOVERY KIT

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE INGREDIENTS OF A PRODUCT?

Ingredients are listed on the packaging of each product and also on the product pages on AveSeena.com, where you can find the ingredients to the products you’re interested in. If you have questions, please contact info@aveseena.com.

IN WHICH ORDER SHOULD I USE SKINCARE PRODUCTS?

As a general rule, start with your cleanser, followed with your serum. Wait 1 to 2 minutes for the serum to be absorbed, follow with your moisturizer day and night.

HOW LONG CAN I USE A PRODUCT AFTER OPENING?

Products naturally last for two years without opening. All products have purchase after opening (PAO) sign on their box indicating how many months they will last after opening. PAO sign is represented as a jar with an open lid and a number inside i.e. 12M. To preserve and extend the quality of any skincare product, they should be kept away from heat, direct sunlight, extreme temperature fluctuations and humidity.

AT WHAT AGE SHOULD I START TREATING THE SIGNS OF AGING?

We believe in prevention, therefore the earlier the better is the key in preventing signs of aging. Starting at age 25, the renewal of cells starts to slow down. The slow down in the regenerative process leads for the early signs of aging to set in. These signs, at first are invisible on the surface but is happening at the cellular and molecular level.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE A FACIAL MASK?

As a general rule, you can use a mask 1 to 3 times a week depending on your time and your needs.

HOW DO AVESEENA PRODUCTS CARE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

AveSeena Research has made sensitivity one of its top priority. All ingredients are chosen carefully with various different types of sensitivity in mind such as contact sensitivity, environmental sensitivity, and immune sensitivity. Therefore, all products are dermatologist tested and approved. The eye products are ophthalmologist tested and approved to provide you with beauty made safer.

ARE AVESEENA PRODUCTS DERMATOLOGIST TESTED/APPROVED?

All AveSeena products are dermatologist tested and approved. The products are designed to prevent customers from allergic issues.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANCY?

All of our products are made with non-toxic, safety selected, and natural ingredients and then thoroughly tested via 3rd party safety company.  Every pregnancy and person are different not to mention all the hormonal changes that the body goes through, so we recommend discussing products with your physician. We would like to share that our founder Dr. Ebru used all the products happily during her pregnancy and nursing period.

With parabens being the tip of the iceberg, the list of “free from” in skin care is constantly growing. AveSeena is dedicated to follow and adopt to these changes to its H-Free list, which is the list of ingredients that are known or suspected to be harmful or skin-unfriendly.

We follow very strict standards in term of choosing ingredients for health-conscious formulations in the light of international guidelines.  We do not use any of the ingredients banned in the United States, Canada, European Union or Japan, which includes more than 1700 chemicals.

The cumulative effects of various chemicals in the beauty products used by women over decades are slowly recognized but not fast enough.   That is why we established our own H-free List that goes beyond the current beauty industry standards to eliminate other potentially harmful or questionable chemicals for safer beauty choices.  The H-free List also includes chemicals with endocrine (hormone) disruptor characteristics (i.e. parabens), which can interfere with or disrupt the delicate hormone balance in our bodies.

The magic of our groundbreaking product formulations starts with the ingredients we choose to use and the ones we left out. We reject skin-unfriendly chemicals for safer beauty that you can trust.

   We have banned a long list of chemicals with our H-free List that includes chemicals like: Parabens, Mineral Oil, Propylene Glycol, Triclosan, Sodium Laureth Sulfates (SLS), Triethanolamine (TEA), bad Phthalates (i.e. Dibutyl Phthalate), Artificial Dyes, Toluene, Talc, PABA, Formaldehyde, Silicones, Diazolidinyl Urea, Benzophenone, Resorcinol, Coal Tar, Urea, and more…

AveSeena believes in clean beauty for everyone. Our formulas raise the bar higher for both safety and performance with a safety standard that goes further beyond what is legally required in the US. Our H-Free list bans more than 1600 questionable chemicals that includes materials banned by European Union and Japanese cosmetic regulations. These blacklisted chemicals that are potentially harmful  will not be used in our products.  Our products are also EWG VERIFIED™.

WHAT IS YOUR ANIMAL TESTING POLICY?

AveSeena does not conduct nor request animal testing on the products. AveSeena does not test any ingredient or final product on animals. AveSeena does not purchase ingredients from companies that test on animals. All AveSeena products are cruelty-free. We are deeply committed to respect animal welfare and support Leaping Bunny and Beauty without Bunnies principles.

AveSeena does not sell its products in countries that require animal testing for skincare products

DOES AVESEENA USE ETHICAL SUSTAINABLE INGREDIENTS?

We use whole, natural, organic or wild-crafted natural or nature-derived compounds sourced from sustainable farming operations whenever possible.  AveSeena does not use palm oil in any of its products due to animal cruelty and he environmental destruction caused by current palm oil cultivation practices. AveSeena believes to be 100% cruelty free, the products should be 100% palm oil free. AveSeena utilizes only sustainable and ethically harvested ingredients.

We select our ingredients based on scientific publications without compromising on results.Our ingredient include:

AveSeena We uses recycled/recyclable materials to make our outer packaging and the main components for all our jars and bottles are recyclable. We use airless or biophotonic containers to keep your product at its freshest peak.

Click on the “Checkout” button on product pages or the “VIEW CART” or the shopping cart icon link at the top right of every page when you are finished shopping. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in environmentally friendly and biodegradable boxes. Your products are also wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper to prevent environmental pollution.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE?

We would like to invite you to examine our Terms and Conditions of Sale. The link is located at the bottom of the website page and must be accepted before an order is finalized.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept most credit cards and PayPal. We cannot accept personal or third-party checks. We are required to apply sales tax by law to orders that includes shipping and handling in GA.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders credit cards or PayPal are accepted.  All transactions are settled in U.S. dollars, and you will see pricing in local currency.  Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final price charged.  We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard via PayPal for international orders.

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than nine (9) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $2000 per customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FREE OVER $250

We are pleased to provide free international USPS or UPS shipping for any order over $250. Our average international shipping time is 10 to 18 business days, depending on your location. AveSeena.com currently accepts orders from and ships to the following countries and more.  Please contact us, if you would like to inquire shipping options to your country.

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country due to new tax regulations. We are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible and are here to assist you with any questions you may have in the meantime.

AveSeena ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

The purchaser/recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import taxes and duties. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs as they are imposed by your local customs office and we are therefore unable to offer assistance on these processes and cannot pay for these on your behalf. We advise that you check the import charges, taxes and tariffs applicable in your country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Due to customs restrictions, we regret that we are not able to ship to China, Italy, Turkey and Russia. International orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be cancelled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the cancelled order.

AveSeena is not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. AveSeena is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING

We pride ourselves in preparing your products to be shipped as soon as your order arrives. Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. We process most orders within 3–5 business days.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in the order in which they are received. Your order will arrive approximately 2 to 8 business days after shipping. Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We are unable to accept liability for loss of orders once we’ve passed them on to USPS/UPS. A signature may be required upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING & HISTORY

After your order is placed, you will receive a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number. You can view the progress of your order and track your package by visiting aveseena.com and logging into My Account with your user ID and password.

Tracking information may not be available up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

For international orders: unfortunately, USPS does not offer tracking information for packages once they left the US.

FREE US SHIPPING

AveSeena is pleased to offer FREE Priority Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $40 (excluding taxes and gift wrap).  We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Complimentary Shipping offer is only available for orders shipped in the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, oversized packages, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Please be sure to provide a Physical Mailing Address, as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes).

We are proud to ship to our military customers around the world. Most items may be shipped to Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

USPS Standard shipping is complimentary with all orders above $40.

Should you require USPS Priority shipping or overnight shipping, please reach to us at info@aveseena.com or drop a note on the website during your ordering process*. Orders placed by 3:00pm EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same or next day. Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

*Express and overnight shippings are not valid on orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These orders will ship USPS Ground or UPS Ground, with an expected delivery of 7-10 business days.

USPS FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL

Orders at $40 and below $40.00 ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail Domestic and are subject to a flat fee of $6.90 USD shipping and handling charge, takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location, after shipping.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We happily ship to Canada via USPS (7-10 business days) for a flat rate of $20. For bigger orders, we will contact you if extra shipping charges needed.

Canada customers receive free shipping with all orders $170 and over. Your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country’s customs laws. You can find more information for Canada here. Please also note that AveSeena does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FREE OVER $250

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are proud of our products and we want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your AveSeena.com purchase. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers. We would be happy to troubleshoot with you and if you have any questions, please contact us at customercare@aveseena.com .

Please see the Initiation of Returns section to return unused, new products to us within 28 days of receipt with the proof of purchase to receive your FREE US RETURN. Please contact Customer Care Team before you initiate your return. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened and used are not eligible for reimbursement.

Please note that AveSeena return policy does NOT apply to samples, discovery kits, special promotions (i.e. discount codes) , sales and limited time offers. Individual products purchased within a kit or collections are not eligible for individual credit.

We only process returns for products purchased at . Purchases made at a AveSeena retailer need to be returned to that retail location and may not be returned to aveseena.com.  Returns are limited to one return per product type or SKU per customer.

INITIATING RETURNS

We understand that things happen so we will gladly exchange unopened products in their original condition within 28 days from your online purchase minus shipping charges and applied discounts. If you would like to return a package or products, we are delighted to offer complimentary US shipping on returns that are shipped from domestic locations. Please contact customercare@aveseena.com to initiate your return/exchange request with your reason for return and your order number. Please click here to download and complete our Return / Exchange Form.  Please e-mail the completed Return/Exchange form to customercare@aveseena.com. If you cannot download the form, simply contact Customer Care via email and one of our Advisors will email the Return/Exchange Form to you. Returns are addressed on a case by case basis for ultimate customer satisfaction. All returns and refunds are pre-approved by Customer Care Advisors after receiving your completed Return/Exchange Form. Please note the terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Only products purchased on Aveseena.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange. We can only process returned item(s) if the item (s) purchased at AveSeena.com and that are unused, new, unopened, and not damaged.  If the item(s) are damaged, used and/or not sent in their original packaging, we cannot issue a refund.
  • We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return due to our safety regulations.
  • Shipping cost and gift wrapping services are not eligible for refund. Samples, promotions (discounted sales) and Natural Discovery Kit sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for these items.

Once your request is speedily pre-approved by our Customer Care Advisors, Customer Care Team will provide a complimentary pre-paid return label via email with your return instructions and details about the next steps to take. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible and cannot issue a refund for returns lost in transit or returns without the pre-approval that have not been communicated to Customer Care. Samples, promotions and Natural Discovery Kit sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for these items.

Shipping your return: Place your unused/new items to be returned, your receipt and completed Return/Exchange form in a sturdy box and using pre-paid return label.  Securely wrap your return. AveSeena is not responsible for returned items lost and/or broken, damaged in transit and cannot offer a refund. If you are exchanging an unopened product, please include the name and quantity of the product you wish to receive.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Your refund will be placed back to your original payment method. Please note that refund-processing time varies by financial institution.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if after placing an order you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel that order within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to the products not having already left the AveSeena premises. Therefore, to cancel an order you need to contact us by contacting us via e-mail at customercare@aveseena.com.

We strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has left the AveSeena premises.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

International orders cannot be modified after they are submitted. International orders are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exceptions, however please reach out to customercare@aveseena.com to see if we can help you. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges or returns on orders shipped internationally.  We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs, for items delivered or returned from outside the US. Additionally, we cannot refund international fees, customs duties, tariffs or taxes. International orders may be subject to customs inspections. Unfortunately, we do not have any control for delays caused by inspections.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

If you need to return an item or a gift, please contact us from customercare@aveseena.com. A gift item can be returned for a online store credit provided you have a receipt for the gift as your proof of purchase. Refunds are not available for gift returns.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED AT ANOTHER LOCATION?

Products purchased online other than aveseena.com may not be returned to AveSeena.com or an authorized AveSeena retailer. Similarly, a product purchased at a store or from an authorized AveSeena retailer may not be returned online to AveSeena.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS, MISSING ITEMS OR MY PACKAGE IS MISSING

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if the item(s) are damaged during the shipment to you, please immediately contact our customer care department at customercare@aveseena.com. Any broken item(s) or damaged package(s) will need to be returned to our facility for further investigation and from there our team will contact you for replacements. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with items that arrived broken and/or missing outside of the 28-day return/exchange policy time frame and without a photo(s) of the broken items and/or package.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details. When your order is delivered, you will also receive a delivery confirmation email.

Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible, when you notice your delivery is missing after receiving our package delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a communication via email from the package recipient and a minimum of 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier.  We will work with you to resolve the situation and make you happy as fast as we can.We also recommend that if you do not receive your package within 5 working days, please contact the UPS Customer Service.

If you placed your order via your AveSeena customer account, log in to your account then click on “my orders” or track your order from here. You will then be able to follow the status of your order. If you placed your order as a guest, please track the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email at the following address: http://www.ups.com.

Products which are not eligible for return (i.e. damaged, used, broken) will not be returned to sender and unfortunately, will not be eligible for credit or refund. In the event of any perceived abuse(s) of AveSeena’s Happiness Guarantee, determined at the sole discretion of AveSeena, a refund or exchange may not be honored.
