Step 1: The Face
Products: Gentle Gardenia Gel Cleanser, HydraSculpt Conductive Face Gel, the ANKA Face & Body Treatment System & Ageless Perfection Cream

The Face Routine:
Start clean. Massage Gentle Gardenia across face and neck, rinse, and pat the skin towel-dry.
Apply 3 to 5 pumps of HydraSculpt Conductive Face Gel in a generous, even layer over face and neck. Never run the device on bare skin. Power on and treat in Face Mode (level 1) and with Red LED Light Mode for a refreshed, reawakened, more lifted look. Glide slowly in upward strokes along the jawline and cheek contours, about five minutes per side. Reapply the gel anytime the glide stops feeling slick. You can keep the gel on your skin or wipe it off.
Finish by pressing Ageless Perfection Cream over face and neck to seal in the glow-after look.
Step 2: The Body

The Body Routine:
Work one area at a time. On clean, dry skin, smooth 3 to 5 pumps of ShapeLift Conductive Body Gel over your target zone (arms, tummy, buttocks, or thighs) before switching the device on. Treat in Body Mode, which runs your choice of Blue, Red, or Pink LED Light to refine the look of texture and tone where definition fades. Move the device steadily across the area, reapplying gel as needed to keep the slip and energy delivery consistent. On the days you skip the device, ShapeLift doubles as a daily firming-feel body gel.

What is LED light therapy and how does it work on skin?
LED light therapy uses specific wavelengths of visible light delivered to the skin's surface. Different colors target different concerns. Red light around 620 to 660 nanometers is associated with the appearance of firmness and smoother-looking skin. Why do you need a conductive gel with the device?
Conductive gel creates the contact layer between the device's metal electrodes and your skin. Without it, the EMS, RF, and ultrasound currents cannot transfer evenly, and your session is less comfortable and less effective. Use Hydrasculpt Conductive Face Gel on your face and Shapelift Conductive Body Gel on your body. A standard moisturizer is not a substitute. The gels are formulated to conduct the device's currents without breaking down during a session.
What does the UVShield Facial Analyzer System do, and how is it different from ANKA?
UVShield is a UV-imaging skin analysis device, not a treatment device.
