USA: FREE US SHIPPING

 

AveSeena is pleased to offer complimentary FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $65 and over (excluding taxes and gift wrap).  Free Shipping offer is only available for orders shipped in the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, oversized packages, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.

AveSeena.com orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

 

Order Status

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in the order in which they are received.  Please allow 72 hours for your order to process. Orders placed after noon ET will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Your order will arrive approximately 5-8 business days.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require expedited shipping and standard ground shipping is not available. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will not ship on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders placed after 11:59AM (EST) will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a shipment email containing the tracking details.

Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We are unable to accept liability for loss of orders once we’ve passed them on to USPS/UPS. A signature may be required upon delivery.

 

Standard Shipping

Orders below $65.00 ship via Standard Shipping and are subject to a flat fee of $4.50 shipping charge.

 

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses 

Please be sure to provide a Physical Mailing Address, as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes). Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require expedited shipping and standard ground shipping is not available.

We are proud to ship to our military customers around the world. Most items may be shipped to Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods (Overnight or Second Day service) are not available.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING


 

We ship worldwide and offer international shipping to the countries set forth below.  For shipping to other countries, please contact [email protected].

Simply shop aveseena.com as you normally would by adding items to your bag and clicking on the checkout button. When you proceed to checkout, choose from the applicable billing and shipping countries. International orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days. However, shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Canada: We happily ship to Canada via USPS (7-10 business days) for a flat rate of $25. Canada customers receive free shipping with all orders $170 and over. Canadian Customers are responsible for paying 19% tax upon arrival of their package.

International orders: We are delighted to ship worldwide via USPS (7-10 business days) for a flat rate of $30. We are pleased to provide free international USPS shipping for any order over $250.  Our average international shipping time is 10 to 18 business days, depending on your location. AveSeena.com currently accepts orders from and ships to the following countries for now. Please contact us, if you would like to inquire shipping options to your country.

Customers ordering from the UK, Germany, and France will all be charged an import tax of about 20% upon delivery of their package. Australian orders up to 1000 AUD ship duty and tax free.

Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the US. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs as they are imposed by your local customs office and we are therefore unable to offer assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges, taxes and tariffs applicable in your country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Due to customs restrictions, we regret that we are not able to ship to China, Spain, Italy and Russia. International orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be cancelled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the cancelled order.

AveSeena is not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. AveSeena is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered.

 

PLACING AN ORDER ON AVESEENA.COM


To place your order online, click on the “Add to cart” button on the page of the product you would like to purchase. Click on the “Checkout” button on product pages or the “VIEW CART”  or the shopping cart icon link at the top right of every page when you are finished shopping.  Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.

Payment Options

We accept most credit cards and PayPal. We cannot accept personal or third-party checks. We are required to apply sales tax by law to orders that includes shipping and handling in GA.

 

Payment Options for International Orders

For international orders credit cards or PayPal are accepted.  All transactions are settled in U.S. dollars, and you will see pricing in local currency.  Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final price charged.  We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard via PayPal for international orders.

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cancellation of Order

Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if after placing an order you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel that order within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to the products not having already left the AveSeena premises. Therefore, to cancel an order you need to contact us by contacting us via e-mail at [email protected].

We strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has left the AveSeena premises.

 

Free US Returns

We stand behind every AveSeena skincare product with our risk free happiness guarantee. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased on AveSeena.com. If your purchase is not exactly you’re looking for, please simply return the unused, full or half full products to us within 28 days of receipt with the proof of purchase to receive your FREE RETURN.

Please follow the steps below to return/exchange your purchase.

  • Sign into your account and under My Account, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
  • Please contact [email protected] to initiate your return/exchange request with your reason for return and your order number. All returns are pre-approved by customer service. Returns are addressed on a case by case basis for ultimate customer satisfaction. Customer care team will email you a returns merchandise authorization (RMA) based on your request including your returns instructions and details about the next steps to take. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
  • Please download and complete our Return / Exchange Form and include it in your return packageReturn labels will be sent to your email address on the order. Place your order and Return/Exchange form in a sturdy box and arrange a collection with the shipping carrier.  We can only process a returned item if the item (s) in good condition and once we have received it.  If the item(s) are damaged, we cannot issue a refund.

Unused, full or more than half full product can be exchanged or returned for a credit. Only items purchased at aveseena.com can be accepted for return or exchange. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees cannot be included in the refund. Clearance and sale items are considered final sales. Please note that refund-processing time varies by financial institution.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

International orders cannot be modified after they are submitted. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges or returns  on orders shipped internationally.  We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs, for items delivered or returned from outside the US. Additionally, we cannot refund international fees.

 

Return a Gift

If you need to return an item or a gift, please contact us from [email protected]. A gift item can be returned for a online store credit provided you have a receipt for the gift as your proof of purchase. Refunds are not available for gift returns.

 

Damaged Items

If the item(s) are damaged during the shipment to you, please immediately contact our customer care department at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the situation and make you happy as fast as we can.
